With a remarkable career spanning over 37 years in the real estate industry, Beth is a seasoned professional known for her unwavering dedication to providing exceptional service and expertise to customers . As a distinguished graduate from Auburn University,  Beth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing .

Beth's journey in real estate began with a focus on new construction and development in the vibrant St. Augustine market.

Beth ventured into entrepreneurship and founded her own brokerage in 2002. This entrepreneurial spirit allowed her to shape her business practices around the values of personalized service, trust, and professionalism.

In 2010, Beth joined Watson Realty Corp, a renowned name in the real estate industry, further expanding her reach and resources to better serve her customers . Recognizing Beth's exceptional leadership abilities and profound knowledge of the local market, she was appointed as the Vice President Managing Broker in 2014. Since then she has served as chair if the education committee , director , secretary, treasurer and president of the local MLS .In 2018 Beth Graduated from The Florida Realtors Leadership Academy.

Beth has  raised her  children in St. Johns County and love the active lifestyle , beaches , and the overall  quality of life in St. Augustine .

Beyond her professional endeavors, Beth is deeply committed to giving back to the community. She actively engages in local initiatives, volunteering to raise funds for local youth through the scholarship Fund  committee at the Board of Realtors.
